Full Inventory

This report provides a detailed and accurate record of the condition of contents, fixtures and fittings of a property, at the start of a tenancy, which is agreed by both landlord and tenant. This same report is checked again at the end of a tenancy for any discrepancies.



At the start of the tenancy a check-in report is compiled with the tenant present to ensure the full inventory provides an accurate description of the property. A Schedule of Condition of the property is produced along with a list of utility meter readings and keys given to the tenant.



At the end of the tenancy the property is compared to the original inventory. Any discrepancies are reported and recommendations are made regarding the responsibility for damage or wear and tear.


Interim Inspection

An interim inspection of the property is carried out to inspect its overall condition and provide the agent/landlord with peace of mind.
