Larger or heavily furnished properties are priced by quotation.
Delays to the agreed appointment time shall be charged at £25.00 per ½ hour or part there of and shall be added to the final invoice. Unless agreed in advance with our acknowledgement.
Quayside Inventory Solutions Limited will charge 100% of the invoice should the appointment result in a no show or the appointment is aborted for any reason.
Cancellation of an appointment less than 12 hours prior to the appointment time shall incur a £50.00 cancellation fee.
Please note an additional charge of £25.00 shall be incurred for weekday evening appointments booked for after 5:30pm and weekend appointments booked for after 1pm.
An additional £35 administration fee shall be charged for amendments made to reports after 7 days from compilation/appointment.
Hard copies of reports are available on request for an additional charge of £10.00 per copy.
